This privacy policy applies to Sales Tax Institute (salestaxinstitute.com). Sales Tax Institute is a division of Yetter Consulting Services, Inc.

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Personal information is collected and used to customize our response to your request or inquiry. It will also be used to promote our company’s services to you through email. What information do we collect?

We collect information so that we can provide the best possible experience when you utilize our Services.  Much of what you likely consider personal data is collected directly from you when you:

1. create an account or purchase any of our Services, courses, webinars or classes (ex: billing information, including name, address, credit card number);or
2. complete contact forms or request newsletters or other information from us (ex: email);

However, we also collect additional information when delivering our Services to you to ensure necessary and optimal performance.  For example, if you come to a live class we ask about dietary restrictions, industry interests and years of experience so that we can customize our course to your interests.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

We may also release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.

E-newsletter

We use a third party provider, Infusionsoft, to deliver our monthly e-newsletters and course or service promotions. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Hosting
