Refunds and Cancellations
If for any reason the Sales Tax Institute cancels a scheduled course, its only liability to registered students is a refund of registration fees received.  In the event that the Sales Tax Institute cancels a scheduled course, students will be notified of the course cancellation at the email address which they provided at the time of registration.  If a student cancels before the deadline, there is a $50 charge. If canceling after the deadline, there is no refund of registration fees. If substituting a course, there is no charge before deadline and a $25 charge after deadline. The Sales Tax Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
