In a 1-hour phone appointment, Diane will assess your current situation and help you come up with a plan of attack to address your sales tax questions.
Before your call, you will be asked to provide a list of your questions and/or a summary of the situation you need help with in your meeting.
The 1 hour consultation is best for those who need assistance with sales tax issues other than Wayfair risk analysis, in which case you should consider the Wayfair Risk Analysis consultation.

Wayfair Risk Analysis

In a 1-hour phone appointment, Diane will provide an analysis of where you might need to collect and remit sales tax based on the South Dakota v. Wayfair decision as well as how to move forward.
At least 3 days before the call, you will need to provide some specific sales information and other information. After completing your purchase, we will send you a spreadsheet template to populate.
The Wayfair Risk Analysis consultation is best for those who need an analysis of their risk level post-Wayfair.

How the 1 Hour Consultation Works

In a 1-hour private sales tax consulting phone appointment, Diane will assess your current situation and help you come up with a plan of attack to address your sales tax questions.

Before your call, you will be asked to provide a list of your questions and/or a summary of the situation you need help with in your meeting. Diane will review what you provide and prepare an analysis and recommended next steps. In some cases, Diane may need to see additional documentation before you meet. This preparation time is key as it allows you to get the most out of your appointment.

If we find that what you need requires more extensive additional research, analysis or planning than a single one-hour sales tax consulting package can provide, we will let you know. In these cases, we will outline what other options we have available to help you get a solution to your situation.

Once you complete check-out, you will be sent to a form to fill out your contact information. We will then email a link to schedule your consultation along with additional information. The 1 hour one-on-one sales tax consultation is $500.
