Dee Suberla
As a Speaker, Coach, and Consultant, Dee Suberla works in both the corporate and motivational arenas. She conducts workshops and training modules, tailored to client needs. She is an expert in project management and speaks on a variety of Project Management and Leadership topics. Whether it is for the business or for personal development, Dee helps people figure out what they want, and gives them to tools to make it happen. She operates from a foundation of more than 25 years in medical device and pharmaceutical Research & Development organizations and has led large device programs and projects in addition to managing staff. She is a resource for facilitation, troubleshooting, and leading project recovery efforts. After managing multimillion dollar projects and budgets, Dee is no stranger to leading teams through stressful situations and also conducts workshops on The Resilience Advantage®, helping clients to manage stress for improved health and performance.
Dee is the founder and President of the successful project management networking organization called Project Management in Life Sciences (PMinLS). Her expertise in project management is complemented by her certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2000. In early 2016 she was certified as a HeartMath® Trainer and now helps people to understand and avoid the physiological impacts of stress through self-management based on published studies.
Dee is the author of, “Poof! You’re a Project Manager and Other Delusions of Grandeur.” She has a BA from Columbia College and an MBA from Webster University and looks forward to teaching project management classes in 2017 for the University of Chicago, Graham School.
