Room Rate Info: $209.00 per room + 20% per night surcharge ($250.80 inclusive)

Rooms are available Tuesday, July 30 through Saturday, August 3. Check-in is at 3:00pm. Check-out is at 12:00pm.

Deadline to guarantee reduced rate: Friday, June 28, 2019 (provided the group room block has not been filled). Thereafter (or if the room block is filled), rooms are subject to availability.

To make a room reservation online, email [email protected] and reference the Sales Tax Summit room block to receive the reduced rate.

To make a room reservation by phone, you may call the Reservations Department at 1-800-443-0578. If making the reservation by phone, be sure to specify that you are with the Sales Tax Summit group in order to receive the reduced rate.

Individual room reservations may be cancelled up to 1 day before arrival at 3:00pm CST.

Please remember to book your hotel room – we will not be making your reservation for you.

Dress Code Information: For the Sales Tax Summit, attire is business casual.

• Business casual attire (collared shirts and slacks for men, slacks or skirt with blouse our sweater for women) is required throughout the Chicago Union League Club.
• Casual attire (slacks, dress denim, collared shirts (including polo shirts), turtlenecks and sweaters) is allowed on the first floor, fourth floor and the eighth floor of the Club.
