If substituting an attendee, there is no charge.
The following cancellation fees and deadlines shall apply:
- 30 days or more prior to the start of the event: $100 cancellation fee
- 30 to 10 days prior to the start of the event: $250 cancellation fee or have full amount of course fees credited to another class within the next year
- 10 to 5 days prior to the start of the event: no refund option, full amount of course fees credited to another class within the next year
- 5 days or less prior to the start of the event: no refund option, full amount of course fees credited to another class within the next year minus any out-of-pocket costs we incur
If for any reason the Sales Tax Institute cancels Advanced Workshop, its only liability to registered students is a refund of registration fees received. In the event that the Sales Tax Institute cancels a scheduled course, students will be notified of the course cancellation at the email address which they provided at the time of registration. The Sales Tax Institute is not liable for any expenses incurred in relation to attendance of the course including non-refundable airfare.
In the event the Sales Tax Institute changes the Advanced Workshop to a virtual format, we will automatically transfer your registration unless you choose not to attend. If you do not want to attend the event in a virtual format, you can request a full refund. We will update all attendees at least 14 days in advance of a course if the plans for the course must change.
