Overview

Ethical issues in the work place are being scrutinized by the government, investors, customers, vendors, the press, our peers, law enforcement and more. Ignorance will not necessarily keep you from personally being prosecuted in a civil and criminal court. It is important for tax professionals, as well as corporate managers and owners, to know the potential consequences for failure to properly report and remit sales and use taxes.

Who should attend? This webinar is intended for financial and operations personnel—including tax, general accounting, accounts payable, sales, tax technology, purchasing and credit—who deal with sales and use tax as part of their responsibilities. This webinar is also intended for CPAs and other individuals who need to fulfill their ethics CPE requirement for the year. The course is also designed for general practitioners, with minimal to no experience.
