The state of Missouri has enacted a sales and use tax holiday clothing costing no more than $100, computers and computer equipment and software under $2,000, and school supplies which do not exceed a purchase price of $50. The tax holiday will not be enacted until August of 2004. The dates currently set run from August 13, 2004 through August 15, 2004. (S.B. 11, Laws 2003, effective August 28, 2003)
