Utah Enacts Exemption for Vehicle Washing Services

Effective July 1, 2017, Utah has enacted a sales and use tax exemption for sales of cleaning or washing of a vehicle, except for cleaning or washing of a vehicle that includes cleaning or washing of the interior of the vehicle. (S.B. 16, Laws 2017)
