North Dakota has announced that its WebFile system for electronically filing sales and use tax (and personal income tax withholding) returns will be replaced by a Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) system. Conversion to the TAP system is scheduled for September 9, 2014, and WebFile will no longer be available as of this date. All Webfile users must complete a conversion process to access the TAP system.
