Please note, you are responsible for booking your own hotel room. We will not make your reservation for you.
Group Rate and Reservations
The group rate covers single or double occupancy in a standard room with a king bed or two beds. The hotel assigns the room type.
Taxes and fees are currently 17.695% (14% sales tax plus local tourism and district assessments) and may change.
Group-rate nights are February 23, 24, and 25, with check-out on February 26. The rate may be available up to 3 days before and after the event for up to 5 rooms, if rooms are available.
After January 25, 2027, any unbooked rooms go back to the public. Later reservations are at the hotel’s going rate, if rooms are available.
To make a room reservation
Our group booking link is coming soon. We will post it here with the reservation steps. When you book, tell the hotel you are with the Sales Tax Institute group.
Included With the Group Rate
- The $35/night destination amenity fee is waived.
- Free Wi-Fi in guest rooms.
- Free access to the fitness center, pool, hot tub, and yoga room.
Hotel Policies
We share these policies so you know them before you book.
Guarantee
A first-night deposit or a major credit card is required to book. Guests must also show a credit card at check-in for incidentals.
Cancellation
Guests who cancel less than 7 days before arrival are charged one night’s room and tax.
Early Departure
Checking out before the reserved date costs one night’s room rate plus taxes and fees. Sales Tax Institute is contractually required to tell attendees about this fee.
Late Check-Out
Ask at the front desk on your departure day. A half-day rate may apply.
Smoke-Free Property
The whole property is smoke-free, and smoking in a room carries a $750 cleaning fee. Sales Tax Institute is required to tell attendees this in writing.
Getting There and Parking
Getting There
The hotel is about 15 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO), roughly a 30-minute drive depending on traffic.
The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle. Taxis, rideshares, and public transit are all easily available nearby.
Parking
Overnight valet parking is $65 per day plus tax, with in/out privileges. Event parking is $35 per car.
Rates can change, and parking depends on availability.
