Amanda Cusack

Amanda Cusack, MSA is a sales tax manager at YETTER Tax and Sales Tax Institute.  She is passionate about sales tax and education and especially enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience to help others solve their sales tax puzzles.  Her almost 15 years of experience in both the corporate and consulting spaces covers federal, state, and international direct and indirect tax with a specialty in US sales tax and sales tax technology.

Amanda began her accounting and tax career at Maui Jim where she worked in a variety of roles in financial accounting, direct tax, and indirect tax.  She obtained her Master of Science in Accounting degree with a specialty in tax in 2010.  Prior to joining YETTER Tax and Sales Tax Institute, Amanda’s most recent role was as a project manager for the financial and tax teams at Maui Jim, serving as the go-to person on systems integrations.

Amanda also has a love for fitness and nutrition and holds a certification in these areas that she uses to educate others on these topics both at work and in her free time.  She enjoys traveling and going on adventures with her husband and two children, has two cats, and loves reading and video games.
