Mustafa Ashurex is a seasoned technical leader with nearly 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including medical device manufacturing, finance, digital marketing, geographic information systems, and tax technology. As the VP of Engineering at Cordiance, Mustafa drives innovation and technical excellence for their tax technology SaaS platforms.

Mustafa holds a BS in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from Oregon State University, where he applied his skills at robotic engineering and genetic research laboratories on campus.

His expertise lies in spearheading innovation projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing deployed to cloud architectures. He serves as a board member of Sons of Smokey, a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on fostering public lands stewardship and cleanup. Mustafa has played a pivotal role in creating a platform that engages the public and law enforcement to tag and clean illegal dump sites.
